Qunhe Mould Factory's new production line is put into production, and its annual production capacity is increased by 30%

The fully automatic precision mould production line introduced by Dongguan Qunhe Mould Factory with an investment of 50 million yuan was officially put into production today. The new production line uses Japan imported equipment and AI quality inspection system, which improves production efficiency by 40%, and the annual production capacity is expected to increase by 30%, which can meet the needs of high-end customers at home and abroad.

Li Qiang, the factory's production director, introduced that the new line has realized the digital management of the entire process from design to finished products, greatly reducing manual errors. This move will further consolidate Qunhe Mould's industry position in South China and create 200 jobs for the local area.
